From our special blend coffees to su böreği, desserts, and delicious snacks, we aim to offer every product in its freshest and most delicious form. We achieve this through unique ingredients, traditional recipes, the hard work of our masters, and our passion for coffee.

About Us
Our journey, which began in 1994 in Göztepe, Istanbul, continues today under the Aslı Coffee in Bakery brand with our renewed concept and enriched menu.
Starting as a family business, our story gained greater strength in 2021 when we joined Eksim Holding, one of Turkey’s leading groups.
At our modern 15,000 m² facility in the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone in Istanbul, our special blend coffees, su böreği, börek varieties, simit, açma and poğaça, syrupy and milk-based desserts, cookies, mantı, olive oil sarma, and pastries are all prepared by hand. We produce each of our products by combining fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and our passion for coffee.
Today, we serve our guests in nearly 30 stores in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Izmit, and Diyarbakır, while bringing Aslı flavors from Europe to America, and from China to the Arabian Peninsula.
Aslı, where coffee and flavor meet, continues to work to offer the highest quality products and meet our guests in more locations.
