PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

Acting in our capacity as the data controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “the Law”), we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed and under which circumstances it may be shared with third parties, in compliance with the provisions of the Law.

Your personal data is processed by our Company to ensure the best possible provision of our services.

Your personal data is processed within the scope of KVKK, under strict confidentiality, by the data controller solely for service purposes. The Company ensures that data is processed lawfully, fairly, accurately, and for legitimate purposes, is kept up-to-date, and is retained only for as long as necessary.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent permitted by law and required by our business processes, with:

  • Legally authorized public authorities,

  • Entities and institutions permitted under the relevant legislation,

  • Our subsidiaries and affiliates,

  • Domestic partners and group companies,

  • Banks and financial institutions,

  • Service providers, business partners, and program partners with whom we cooperate.

Such transfers will occur within the scope of Article 8 of the KVKK, in accordance with data processing conditions and purposes. Data is retained for as long as required by our operations and is deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary or legally required.

4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected in line with the purposes described in Article 2 of this Notice and in accordance with the basic principles and conditions stated in Article 5 of the Law, including:

  • Where processing is expressly required by law,

  • Where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,

  • Where it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract,

  • Where it is necessary for the data controller’s legal obligation or legitimate interest,

  • Based on your explicit consent when required.

Data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through e-mails, our website, customer transaction centers, social media accounts, dealers, public authorities, or software and applications used within our company’s operations.

5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data has been processed,

  • To request information regarding such processing,

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,

  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist,

  • To request that such corrections, deletions, or destructions be communicated to third parties to whom data has been transferred,

  • To object to results that arise against you through analysis by exclusively automated systems,

  • To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

Requests will be processed free of charge and finalized within thirty (30) days. However, if the process requires additional costs, fees will be charged in accordance with Article 7 of the “Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for the Application to the Data Controller.”

Requests submitted through other channels will not be evaluated. If your application is rejected, the reasons for rejection will be communicated in writing or electronically.

6. Changes to Data Privacy Principles

Our Company reserves the right to amend its personal data protection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative changes.
