APPLICATION FORM TO DATA CONTROLLER
General Explanations
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (‘‘GDPR’’), everyone has the right to apply to Aslı Mağazacılık ve Unlu Mamuller Üretim Anonim Şirketi (ASLI) as the data controller regarding the following matters:
Learning whether personal data is being processed,
To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the article of KVKK,
To request that the operations carried out in accordance with items e) and f) above be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Processing of Personal Data Regarding the Application
With the Application Form to the Data Controller, limited and related personal data (Name, Surname, Turkish Republic Identity Number, Passport Number, Telephone Number, E-Mail, Address, Signature, Power of Attorney Document) is processed for the purpose of determining the identity of the applicant and managing the application. If necessary, the personal data in question can be shared only with the relevant units/persons and legally authorized institutions/organizations depending on the nature of the application request.
