PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

a) Aslı Mağazacılık ve Unlu Mamuller Üretim Anonim Şirketi (“ASLI” or “the Company”), located at Erikli Pınar Açmalar Mevkii Y. Dudullu OSB Mah. 1. Cad. No:4 İç Kapı:1 Ümraniye/İstanbul, operating through the website asli.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as “ASLI” in this Agreement), and

b) The internet user residing at the address specified by themselves, accessing the website asli.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”), also located at Erikli Pınar Açmalar Mevkii Y. Dudullu OSB Mah. 1. Cad. No:4 İç Kapı:1 Ümraniye/İstanbul.

The terms and conditions set forth herein, including all matters related to asli.com.tr, shall be deemed applicable to all virtual platforms, including the mobile site, and the Member acknowledges and accepts this by approving this Agreement.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the use of services offered by ASLI through asli.com.tr under the specified conditions and fees, the purchase of products offered for sale, access to exclusive privileges for members, and the Member’s consent for ASLI to send notifications (SMS, email, voice calls, direct calls, etc.) regarding products, services, campaigns, and other commercial activities to the phone numbers and email addresses provided by the Member. The Member retains the right to revoke this consent and unsubscribe from the system at any time.

TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. Protection of Personal Data and Confidentiality

Personal data provided by customers who conduct transactions on asli.com.tr or the mobile site, subscribe to newsletters, campaigns, or other promotions, register as members, or make purchases (such as name, age, interests, email, etc.) are processed solely by ASLI and used only within Eksim Yatırım Holding A.Ş. and its subsidiaries to provide better service, design targeted promotions, and ensure that unsolicited emails are not sent.

ASLI does not share information collected from membership forms with third parties outside its affiliated group, holding, and subsidiaries, and does not use such data for purposes outside the scope of its activities, unless expressly instructed by the Member.

Furthermore, asli.com.tr uses cookies. Cookies are files stored on the visitor’s device that collect information about internet navigation. ASLI collects, processes, stores, and shares such data securely only for purposes outlined in the Personal Data Protection Notice and to comply with legal obligations.

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), ASLI, as the data controller, will record, classify, process, store, update, and protect the Member’s personal data provided during membership and purchase processes. Members can partially or fully revoke their consent at any time without any liability. 3.2. Interpretation of Terms

No matter not explicitly committed in this Agreement may be construed against ASLI. Unless explicitly stated in writing by ASLI, the Company retains the right to charge the prices announced on the website for the products and services.

3.3. Modification Rights

ASLI reserves the right to change the asli.com.tr website, mobile site, mobile app, or brand at any time without reason and may transfer Member information to new platforms following such changes.

3.4. Product Availability

ASLI is responsible for the products offered for sale on its online and virtual stores. ASLI is not obliged to reproduce or restock products that are out of stock. Product availability and characteristics may differ between virtual and physical stores. Members agree not to demand refunds or fulfillment for unavailable or unfulfilled products.

3.5. Financial Obligations

This membership agreement does not impose any financial obligations on the Member beyond paying for products or services ordered on asli.com.tr. No membership fees are required.

3.6. Membership Variations

ASLI may introduce different types of memberships (e.g., GOLD, PLATINUM) with additional privileges, discounts, or paid services. Existing memberships cannot be converted into paid memberships or additional privileges without the Member’s consent.

3.7. Marketing Consent

By approving this Agreement, the Member explicitly consents to receive marketing, campaign, and commercial communications (including MMS, SMS, email, voice calls, direct calls) at any time. The Member acknowledges ASLI as a permitted commercial operator.

3.8. Account Credentials

Members cannot share their login credentials with third parties. Any claims arising from unauthorized use are the responsibility of the Member, and ASLI retains all rights to seek compensation.

3.9. Compliance with Laws

Members must comply with all applicable laws while using services. Any violations are the sole responsibility of the Member.

3.10. Prohibited Uses

Members cannot use the website to disturb public order, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or provide services to third parties. Activities such as spam, viruses, or other disruptive acts are prohibited.

3.11. Opinions and Content

All opinions, statements, and content provided by Members are their own and do not reflect ASLI. ASLI is not liable for damages caused by Members’ content or third parties.

3.12.–3.25. Liability and Intellectual Property

ASLI is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the website, unauthorized access, or errors. All content, documents, and materials on the website remain ASLI property and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, modify, or redistribute them. ASLI may collect IP addresses, access times, visited pages, and other technical data to improve services.

ASLI may disclose Member data when legally required or to protect ASLI’s rights and property. Users are responsible for their own security systems. ASLI reserves the right to modify content, services, or user data at any time.

All disputes related to membership agreement terms are governed by Istanbul Anatolian Courts (Kartal), including enforcement offices.

Duration and Termination

This Agreement enters into effect upon Member acceptance. The Agreement remains valid until membership is canceled by the Member or terminated by ASLI due to violations of the Agreement.

Effective Date

By registering, the Member confirms they have read and accepted all terms of this membership agreement. Electronic acceptance is sufficient; no handwritten signature is required.
